The 100th season of the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra offers exciting musical encounters and new discoveries. A festive jubilee spirit runs through all the concert series!

The orchestra will be conducted by renowned maestros: early-music legend Reinhard Goebel, the vibrant advocate of string repertoire Candida Thompson, interpreter of Romantic music Andrew Manze, Swiss conductor Mario Venzago, as well as long-time audience favorites Bas Wiegers and Giordano Bellincampi. The orchestra’s Honorary Artistic Director for Life Neeme Järvi will delight the audience with several concerts, and ERSO’s Artistic Advisor Paavo Järvi will also return home to celebrate the jubilee with the orchestra. Chief Conductor Olari Elts brings listeners a broad selection of classical and contemporary repertoire.

Outstanding soloists will perform with ERSO: South Korean piano virtuoso Yekwon Sunwoo, Hungarian cellist István Várdai, the charismatic pianist Anna Shelest, and world-famous violinist Vadim Gluzman. At his own jubilee concert, acclaimed pianist Kalle Randalu will perform Mozart. Rising stars, pianist Havryil Sydoryk and violinist Triinu Piirsalu, will appear as soloists with ERSO. In the “Braavo!” series, ERSO’s own musicians Triin Ruubel, Theodor Sink, Indrek Leivategija, Sarah D’Amico, and Vambola Krigul will shine as soloists.

Popular concert series “Maestro”, “Romance”, “Pure Gold”, and “Audiospa” will continue, the latter taking the audience this time to seaside venues where they can enjoy music with a sea view.
