On 5 February we invite music lovers to the Nordea Concert Hall to enjoy Holst’s grand work “Planets” together with a NASA documentary about planets. The programme in February also includes something for those who love percussion instruments (“Attention, percussion!”), chamber music (“Paris. The Belle Époque”) and vocal music (“Faith, hope, love”). In March and April, Tallinn will be visited by the Latvian and Lithuanian national orchestras, the Finnish multi-talented Olli Mustonen, one of the most recognised Estonians in the world Paavo Järvi, and we will also see ENSO’s performances under the baton of its principal conductor Neeme Järvi and the principal conductor of the Estonian National Male Choir, Mikk Üleoja. The concert for the Estonian Music Days will be conducted by Anu Tali and the season’s finale by conductor of the Komische Oper Berlin, Kristiina Poska. They will be accompanied by many immaculate instrumental and vocal soloists and the Estonian National Male Choir.
