Radisson Collection Hotel, Tallinn is proud to continue its collaboration with the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra (ERSO), a partnership that has lasted for more than 10 years. This season,2025/26,the hotel is supporting ERSO’s new concert series Myths and Legends.
To bring this collaboration closer to our guests, we have created a special concept–fine dining at restaurant MEKK paired with intimate mini concerts by ERSO musicians. Guests experience both music and cuisine in separate “chapters,”allowing them to fully enjoy each art form.
Following a successful first event in 2024,we are delighted to invite guests to the next Autumn Gourmet Evening on 30 October 2025. Executive Chef Rene Uusmees has designed a 4-course menu inspired by the spirit of autumn, while the ERSO woodwind trio – Kristjan Kungla (bassoon), Heli Ernits (oboe),and Jose Carlos Dominguez Almera (clarinet)–will perform short concerts between courses. This time,both the music and the dishes will feature elegant French accents.
