Russian conductor Nikolai Alexeev led a gleaming reading of Brahms\u2019 Symphony No. 2 and Tchaikovsky Competition winner Narek Hakhnazaryan offered a fleet, electrifying performance of Dvorak\u2019s Cello Concerto.
